Source of Global Warming found?

Political and Aerospace Scientist, Jonathan Kemp, may have found a source and root cause of global warming!

National Geographic Magazine (Nov, 2015) published a temperature trend map on pages 16 and 17. The map clearly shows the highest warming temperatures are focused, surprisingly, on an area above the Arctic Circle, in North-Western Russia, around Novaya Zemlya Island.

Novaya Zemlya Island just happens to be the location of the huge Soviet/Russian Nuclear
Test Site and Nuclear Dump. For a half century hundreds of nuclear weapons were
detonated in the air, underground, and underwater on and around this island. The devices were even used to clear ice for ship navigation.
The tests and dump have since continuously emitted very very high levels of nuclear radiation.

Historically, Russia has studied different methods to warm the Arctic and Siberia, including setting off nuclear devices in the region, claiming there would be no ill effects for the planet. Among other reasons, they are building 10 new Arctic military bases and currently have around 40 ice breaker ships. By comparison, the US has 2 ice breakers.

Would it work? Interestingly, Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, has recently stated, that he believes we could warm the planet Mars by the detonation of nuclear weapons at that planet's poles!

If global warming is real, and the scientific community agrees that it is, we cannot ignore this correlation of extreme Arctic warming and extreme Arctic radiation pollution. Is Russia a root cause of global warming? Will WW3 be about saving the Arctic and the planet from a Russian nuclear invasion?
